Tuppenny Barn Education Center: access audit

Tuppenny Barn education centre

Tuppenny Barn is an organic small holding growing organic fruit and vegetables and offering an educational program for those interested in growing their own and sustainable/ green issues. Due to increasing demand Tuppenny Barn is building a sustainable education center to enable them to offer an indoor classroom for schools sessions, adult and family workshops and a venue for the local community.

To make sure the building is accessible to as many members of the community as possible Tuppenny Barn commissioned an access audit to provide them with advice and guidance on access issues. An audit was completed in consultation with staff at Tuppenny Barn and it will continue to be used as a working document to guide the build until it is finished.
